The master planning process is, by nature, interactive. A multifaceted public outreach program is being developed so that interested parties have opportunities to participate at key points throughout the course of the study. During the Airport Master Plan process, the airport will be engaging the community through public open houses, media, social media, and the project website. A Working Group consisting of city staff and Airport Commission members will also meet regularly and review project documents. The Working Group is intended to serve as a sounding board for airport staff and the consulting team as the project progresses.
